My name is Julia and this week I am the Translator. But not only that, as four representatives were requested, I was part of them, I was the Transactional Leader.
Now I am going to describe the most important terms of this week.
- Authoritarian: this type of leadership directs the center on their own way. They also want everything going how they say, so they are going to do anything. They are egoists, and they do not use motivation on their workers. It could similitate with dictator.
- Participative: this one is more close to their workers. They hear everything they have to say, and do whatever so they are happy. They want their workers to share and participate in every project.
- Transactional: in order to have a good environment and the work well done, they focused on the supervision so they know exactly what they have to improve, also they want everything very organized. They use the reward/punishment style so they work harder and better.
- Transformational: this leader is the creative one. They want to identify all the problems that have to change. They use motivation and morale to make out of their employees, better workers.
- Leadership team: this team is the one that is in charge of the school. They have to guide in any circumstance, and also they have the power of instruction so they can manage the knowledges of their workers. And, of course, they direct the center.
Thank you very much for reading!

This week the work has been funnier than other weeks because we have had to do a video in which we had to show a problem in a school proposed by other group. In our case, is the group 'Power Teachers' who have proposed our conflict.

COEXISTENCE PLAN: Is a document related to the education field. Each centre have one and it consist in:
- Obtain a good atmosphere in the school.
- How to act in situation in which students do not behave in the way they have to.

http://ifpsmislata.edu.gva.es/joomla_EN/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=25&Itemid=35
VIDEO DOCUMENTARY: It is a way to explain a problem or to tell a story in a funny way using images, music and technologies. It can be said this is a way of enterteinment due to the animation and the movement of the video.
http://www.thefreedictionary.com/Video+documentary
SEXUAL ABUSE: It is a non-consensual sexual contact. This can happen to women and to men, depending on the case in which we are. To do this abuse, the offender can use objects, toys, pills, drugs, etc to cause pain or humillation to the victim.
http://www.pandys.org/whatissexualabuse.html

Let´s go to translate with the TRANSLATOR
Hello
everybody again!
I am Inma, the translator and this role is in charge of choosing the five most important words that can reflect and explain the activity of this week. In this case, the activity is a continuation of the previous one in which we did the two conceptual maps related to a part of the educational system and we put our conceptual maps together our colleagues´ maps. Then we had to do twenty four question related to every part of the educational system, which are already revised by our colleagues in the class.

Then we had to do twenty four question related to every part of the educational system, which are already revised by our colleagues in the class.
I have
decided to translate these words because we did an overview of Spanish

which explain the relation between two concepts.
3. LOE: is

Translator Post
Hi guys, I am Lucía, it is a pleasure to be back with you. This week my role is translator, so I will explain using my own words some concepts that have been important in our work of this week, "What have we Learnt During the course in School Organization". For this I need to say that we have made a video with a tool called Moovly. Our video takes as its main point the TPACK model and in a creative way we have organized all content from this model. After seeing all the videos in class we have evaluated it through the Eurovision format.
Here you have the explanations I have seen appropriate to perform as translator of this week:
Moovly: is an original 2.0 tool with which anyone can do free of charge your presentations or videos of most lively and dynamic way. It is a good tool to use in class and outside of class, because it is an easy tool to use and the results are great. We can include our own photos and music, with creative commons obviously. The creations that are made by this tool can be exported easily, in our case we have downloaded it and then uploaded to youtube. It is a good tool whose main limit is our imagination.
TPACK: is a model that identifies the different types of knowledge that the teacher must master to integrate technology into education. This model consists of technological knowledge, pedagogical knowledge and content knowledge. The integration of these three types of knowledge will lead us to the ideal teacher. In our video we focused on this model, because we consider it is the most important thing we've seen so far on the subject, therefore, from each of the components of TPACK we have explained the rest of contents of the subject.
Organization: is the act of coordinating or divide several resources or information correctly. In our video we had to organize all the knowledge we have learned in the course so that anyone who saw the video would capture the idea of each content covered. In this case, it had to be something dynamic in a visual way.
Creativity: is to generate new original ideas from existing ideas. In our video we had the information and content, and we had the idea to organize these contents in the form of a story, particularly in a job interview to be a teacher. With this creative way is easy that when someone sees it remember our video content.
Eurovision Format: is a way to evaluate several candidates, comes from famous European singing contest. It is about give point to the candidates, in our case, the maximum twelve points, and a minimum of three. Using this way we can know evaluation tastes and preferences of different participants, because voters are the same groups that also participate in our contest.
I hope I have clarified your mind, and I have been helpful.

Translator Post
This week I’m going
to be the translator. That means that I have to choose 5 concepts about this
week’s topic. This week is about Treasure Hunt, but we also talk about
cartographic projections, media and its distortion. Here there are the five
terms I have chosen:
- Map projection: is a representation of the globe sphere on a flat map, using a grid of lines of latitude and longitude.
- Cartography: is the discipline dealing with the conception, production, dissemination and study of maps in all forms.
- Media: is the collective communication tool that is used to store and deliver. It is either associated with communication media or communication businesses such as: print media and the press, photography, advertising, etc.
- Distortion: is the alteration of the original form of a signal representing an image, a sound, a waveform, or other information.
- Treasure Hunt: is a non-complex activity in which the participants have to answer some short questions with given information, and then one big question without the information.

It is time to be a translator
Hello everybody!
I am Ana Góngora and this first week it is my turn to be the translator. I had the opportunity to investigate more about the 5 most important terms we have studied. It is important to know that the task of this week was about TPACK and when we first listen to that concept no one of our group know what the teacher was talking about. The five terms we have choose as more important are: TPACK, CK, TK; PK and effective teaching.

The five terms we have choose as more important are: TPACK, CK, TK; PK and effective teaching.
- TPACK: conceptual model that gives the teacher capacity to acquire the knowledge needed in terms of the realisation of an effective integration of technology, pedagogy and the contents. This concept is very important in our technological world. At the same time it is composed by Technological knowledge (TK), Pedagogical knowledge (PK) and Content knowledge (CK).
- Technological knowledge (TK): it refers to the understanding and the ability to use technical tools in a productive way in our daily life but also in education. It is important to underline that these tools can improve or deteriorate the realization of a specific task.
- Pedagogical knowledge (PK): knowledge related with the processes of teaching and learning. We could include as pedagogical knowledge the behaviour of the teacher with the students or the planning of the syllabus
- Content knowledge (CK): it focuses on the specific knowledge that the teacher of the subject needs to have in terms to teach their students. For a better acquisition of the content the teacher could use outlines or conceptual maps
- Effective teaching: type of professionals TPACK try to create. These professionals need to have the knowledge related with the specific content they are going to teach but also it is important to take into account that the presentation of these contents can influence.
